I have about one month left at my place in Northridge before the home is sold.

It’s been really awesome here and I’m incredibly grateful to have been able to stay here for cheap while I get on my feet…but they’re selling the place and Sabrina and I need to get out.

We’re looking for a room to rent in the Topanga/Chatsworth/Northridge area.
